ARTWORK
All products are subjected to a Three-Step Quality Control Process.

All oil paintings are checked initially by the Corporate Offices in China at the
point of creation in the Painters Village.
STEP TWO
Reviewed by Sterling Oil Portraits Artists Staff in the United States.
STEP THREE
Shipped to the customer only after a thorough checklist and comparison to the
photograph is acceptable.

If you would like to return personalized products for any reason, you may notify
us within 30 days of initial delivery of the physical product for a full refund
of the purchasing price. Once the painting is received by Sterling Oil
Portraits, your money will be refunded.
